SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Mambas Sweets carefully packs every order before dispatch.
Order processing
We normally prepare and dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
During exceptionally busy periods, processing may take slightly longer. We will contact you if there is a significant delay affecting your order.
UK standard delivery
Standard delivery costs £2.99 for orders under £45.
Standard delivery is free when the qualifying order value reaches £45 after any discounts have been applied.
Standard delivery normally takes 3–5 working days after dispatch.
Express delivery
Express delivery is available for £6.99 and normally takes 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been dispatched. They are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, the tracking details will be sent to the email address supplied during checkout.
Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking information to update after receiving your dispatch confirmation.
Delivery addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error.
Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to change its delivery address. Additional postage may be charged if an order is returned or requires redelivery because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied.
Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
Occasional carrier delays can happen outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at mambasbitsbobs@gmail.com with your order number.
We may need to complete an investigation with the delivery provider before issuing a replacement or refund.
If a parcel arrives damaged, please keep the products and all packaging and send us clear photographs as soon as possible.
Delivery availability
We currently deliver only to locations accepted by our checkout. Available services and final delivery charges will be displayed before payment.
Food products
Please store products according to the instructions shown on their packaging after delivery. Ingredients, allergens and best-before information should always be checked before consuming.
